1 Introduction & Acceptance

• "BDT" / "Taka" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the functional currency of the Platform.

3 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the brv99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you hold an Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. brv99 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products and services.
• You must be a natural person. Accounts registered on behalf of corporations, partnerships, or other legal entities are not permitted.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by brv99 or any affiliated responsible gambling programme.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If brv99 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the Player permanently banned from the Platform.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

brv99 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all Accounts in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations and responsible gaming commitments. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (a screenshot or statement confirming the bKash, Nagad, or bank account belongs to you)
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document, if requested

brv99 will process KYC documents within 48 hours of submission during standard operating periods. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC. brv99 may request updated KYC documents periodically or following significant changes in account activity. Failure to complete KYC within the time requested may result in Account suspension.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All transactions on the brv99 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). brv99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional methods may be added or removed at brv99's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. brv99 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. You must only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and funds being returned to source.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to verified Accounts within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. brv99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.

brv99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms. In such cases, brv99 will notify you by email and may request additional documentation before a decision is made.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time, brv99 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless otherwise stated.
• brv99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• The use of multiple accounts, bots, or coordinated play to exploit promotions is prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation and Account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value unless wagering requirements have been fully met.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the brv99 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each product type. The general rules applicable to all products are as follows:

• All bets are placed at your own risk. brv99 does not guarantee any outcome and is not responsible for losses incurred through normal gameplay.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Limits may differ by market, event, and Player account tier.
• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. For pre-match bets, the odds locked at the time of placement apply. For in-play bets, the odds at the moment of confirmation apply.
• brv99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was suspended, cancelled, abandoned, or where a technical error resulted in the display of incorrect odds.
• Casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by licensed studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages apply over long statistical periods and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live dealer games are subject to the specific table rules displayed within each game environment. Disconnection during a live game round does not void a placed bet.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the brv99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person without explicit authorisation
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other Players or engaging in coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving a service
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to any other person
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited
• Any conduct that brv99 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its player community

9 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, logos, software, game assets, graphics, text, and other materials available on the brv99 Platform are the intellectual property of brv99 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of brv99. Unauthorised use of brv99's intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws and will be pursued accordingly.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, brv99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

brv99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. brv99 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance wherever practicable.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

brv99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

brv99 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Payment details are processed via secure, compliant payment gateways and are not stored on brv99's servers. 12 Responsible Gaming

13 Account Suspension & Termination

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity
• Requests from regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or financial institutions
• Player-initiated self-exclusion requests
• Extended periods of Account inactivity (more than 12 consecutive months with no login)

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than a proven breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period. Where Account closure is due to a confirmed breach, brv99 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all balances pending investigation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13 above.

15 Governing Law & Disputes
